The Fact of Low Back Pain and Neck Pain

There are over 600 muscles, tendons, ligaments and bones in human body. If you feel low back pain or neck pain, most likely you are injured few muscles out of those 600 soft tissues (muscle, tendon, ligament). Cracking your spine may not be the best, safest medical procedure when you injure your low back and neck, you injured (may feel severe tightness due to adhesion scar tissue) most likely your muscles, tendons, and ligaments (soft tissue).

“The joint” is a motor unit, which consists of bone, ligament (or soft bones), tendon, muscle, and fasciae. Bones cannot move or stabilize themselves. Therefore, low back pain and neck pain with posture issue such as “Hyper/ Hypo-lordosis” is also can be consider non-bone conditions. It is Spinal Postural Syndrome due to soft tissue problem and most of them are fixable.

Most of the “Scoliosis” can be better as well.
